In addition to serving on the Advisory Board, Jean assumed the position of Executive Director to help the organization begin its journey to become a reality. Her influence in the local community and involvement with camp land acquisition and rezoning has provided a solid foundation for our non-profit organization. She has applied her skills and experience to lead the planning, development and implementation of the initial phase of development.

Debbyn Milligan
Debbyn Milligan is the Vice President of Store Operations for Home Depot Stores. She is responsible for day to day store execution while reengineering store operations through increased productivity and store simplification for all 2000+ US Home Depot retail stores.
Debbyn is a 23-year veteran of The Home Depot, the second largest retailer in the US and Third largest retailer in the world. She joined the company in 1988 and is responsible for store operations via a multi-year company strategy of 60/40 simplification, shifting tasking hours to customer service.
Debbyn began her career at age 16, working as a full-time cashier of a Home Depot store in Oceanside, CA. At age 18, she was promoted to Department Head. At age 21 she was promoted to Assistant Store Manager and subsequently rose through store, district and divisional leadership positions with increased responsibilities. In 1998, she was promoted to the Atlanta Store Support Center.

Pam Young
Pam brings 25 years in nonprofit management and outdoor education to Camp Southern Ground. She holds an MBA in organizational management and is actively involved in local civic organizations and chambers of commerce.
Young received the Fayette Chamber of Commerce 2010 Chet Wells Award for Exemplary Service where she served on the board of directors for six years and as treasurer for two years. Pam has two grown children, Larry and April, residing in Ohio.

Dr Robert Melillo, the creator of the Brain Balance program ®, is an internationally recognized author, professor researcher with an expertise in neurology, rehabilitation, neuropsychology, neuroscience and nutrition, parenting and childhood developmental disorders. Since 1994 his program has helped thousands of children and families. He is a clinician with 25 years of experience.
Dr. Melillo lives in Rockville Centre, New York with his wife and three children.
