  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • ½ Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)


  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a food processor with 1 TBSP of the coconut oil.
  2. Blend until it becomes a fine paste and forms a ball. If mixture looks dry, add remaining coconut oil a small amount at a time until fine paste is achieved.
  3. Scoop into balls using a teaspoon (should make approximately 30).
  4. Roll each one gently by hand and then roll into desiccated coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for two hours or overnight (can be frozen or refrigerated for up to 3 days).
