Terry Coughlin
Terry spent 23 years working for Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, ultimately earning the title of Managing Partner and Director of Operations. During his time with the group, he helped conceptualize and open four restaurants, oversaw seven different businesses and mentored dozens of young leaders. As the head of USHG’s Community Council, he helped to raise over $4 million dollars for various charitable organizations.
In late 2019, Terry and his family moved to Great Barrington, Massachusetts where they own and operate Granville House, a five-guest room Bed & Breakfast. In his spare time, he also continues to share his passion for all things service related as a hospitality leadership coach. He has spent the last seven years serving on the Board of Directors of The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. In 2022 he was elected to serve as Secretary to the Board.
