Giving Tuesday Partner Toolkit

Join Camp Southern Ground on Giving Tuesday, December 3, as we join the largest day of generosity across the globe! Together, we are creating lasting impact in the lives of the youth and veterans we serve. Giving Tuesday is an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

KEY MESSAGES

  • Camp Southern Ground’s goal is to raise $50,000 on Giving Tuesday – this will fund:
    • Our music program at Summer Camp
    • One Warrior Family Camp
    • 10 Veterans in our Warrior Programs
    • 25 Summer Campers
  • GivingTuesday is a day that encourages people to do good. Zac Brown founded Camp Southern Ground to put more good into the world.
  • Camp Southern Ground’s inclusive summer camp brings together youth from different backgrounds and abilities. Generosity brings people together across races, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • This GivingTuesday join us in helping our nation’s veterans thrive in life after military service. Your generosity helps veterans continue to change the world!
  • Grassroots generosity and community action are powerful forces for good. Camp Southern Ground brings together typically developing children, children with neurodevelopmental differences, and children from veteran and military families. When we recognize our differences make us stronger when we come together, we create a stronger community that can learn and grow together.
