Banana Oat Cookies
This one is allergen-free!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup allergy-friendly mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, have your child help you mash the bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the oats (and cinnamon or chocolate chips, if using).
- Scoop by spoonful onto the baking sheet and gently flatten with the back of a spoon for 12–15 minutes, until cookies are set and lightly golden.
- Let cool before enjoying together!
