What does my registration include?
A regular general registration includes your spot in the RUCK, BBQ, a t-shirt, and a great time!

Are rucks provided?
No, you must provide your own – it can be a ruck, backpack, or a weighted vest.

How heavy does the ruck need to be?
You choose your own weight! A good guideline is 5-10% of your bodyweight.

How long is the course?
The course will be roughly 5K in length and will take place fully on Camp Southern Ground’s campus. The course is two loops, you can opt out after one loop.

Can my kids ruck with me?
Yes! Children can participate but must register and anyone under the age of 18 must always be with an adult on the course.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is available at Camp Southern Ground. You will check in at the front gate and then follow the parking signs to the parking lot. PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING ATTENDANT GUIDANCE. Please also consider leveraging rideshare.

What can I bring into the event?
If you are participating in the Ruck, you must bring your own pack or vest. We also suggest you bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, a blanket or chairs to sit on after the event, and a great attitude!

Are waivers required?
Yes! Download yours here to print and bring it with you on Saturday morning to ensure a smooth and speedy check-in upon arrival. Waivers will also be available at the event. A waiver must be signed to participate.

Are kids free?
If they are not planning to ruck, kids under 10 are free, they just need a Spectator Ticket.

What is the Ruck Village?
The Ruck Village hosts all our event activities and where we will celebrate the Ruck finishers. It will have many vendors, the BBQ, music and games.

Is the BBQ Free for all?
Yes! Thanks to the generosity of Sunbelt Rentals and Robert Irvine Foundation, BBQ is free for all participants and spectators. ALL REQUIRE A TICKET to enter the CSG grounds.

If I am not rucking, can I arrive late?
Yes, the Ruck Village opens at 8:30 and the BBQ will start at 10:30. You are welcome to come at any time. Please remember, ALL REQUIRE A TICKET to enter the CSG grounds.
